When you request tour access, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your first name. When you express interest in practitioner access, we may also collect your role, how you meet with clients, and your optional message.

How we use it

We use tour details to provide and maintain access. We use practitioner-interest details to respond to your request. If you separately choose to receive product updates and resources, that consent is recorded. Email-list synchronization will only operate after the owner connects and enables the selected provider.

Game and client information

The current tour does not collect client names, answers, scores, or session histories. Do not enter identifying client information into website forms.

Service providers and retention

Website and form data are stored using the site’s hosting and database providers. Specific retention periods, contact details, analytics choices, and any additional providers require owner review before launch.

Your choices

You can decline optional marketing messages. Contact details for access, correction, or deletion requests will be added when supplied by the owner.
